After working in healthcare as a sonographer for over 13 years, she decided to become a holistic health counselor to fulfill her passion of working with people to improve their health and family life. Sarah received her training at Integrative Nutrition in New York City. Sarah leads workshops on nutrition and offers individual health and nutrition coaching to parents, families and individuals.
Christina has many years of Occupational therapy experience with specialties in orthopedics, neurology and pediatrics. Christina has worked in the hospital, school and skilled rehabilitation settings where she has used a variety of treatment strategies. Christina has experience with shoulder impairments, total shoulder replacements and shoulder injuries. She follows the most current research based and exercise protocols to achieve optimal strength and range of motion. Christina's professional interests include integrative manual techniques (IMT), craniosacral therapy and yoga. Christina is also interested in energy based techniques and has recently become a Reiki Master. Christina uses the Handwriting Without Tears Program and Print Tool to help children with fine motor difficulties achieve the ability to perform writing tasks in the school setting. Christina also has extensive experience in sensory integration, gross motor treatments and neurodevelopment techniques (NDT) to achieve the greatest functional outcomes. She also uses the Wilbarger Brushing Protocol to help children regulate their nervous systems.
She has been in the nutrition and wellness field for over 15 years in a variety of settings from clinical practice to public health. Denise has a passion for helping her patients and clients live healthier lives through better nutrition.

Dr. Valerie Lunnon Hello. I am a graduate of Parker Chiropractic College and have been certified in Animal Chiropractic since 2006. I also have received a Bachelors Degree in Anatomy and one in Health and Nutrition. My goal is to help your pets be as healthy and mobile as they can be. I use gentle techniques to re-align the spine restoring their body’s natural healing powers. My main objective is to help your pets to reach optimal spinal and physical health through chiropractic care. I was a veterinary technician for 11 years. I worked at a general practice for 5 yrs and then moved on to an ER/ specialty center working with a Neurologist for 3 yrs. In those 8 years, I found many cases of animals that could use chiropractic care and decided to become a chiropractor for animals. During my time in Chiropractic school, I was a technician for an animal chiropractor for 3 years and completed an extensive animal chiropractic program, AVCA program. For the last 3 years, I have been working at a Holistic Animal Center in San Diego, CA adjusting 40 dogs per week, plus some cats and small farm animals.
