Norman Tunnell organized T Square Properties as co-founder . He supervises the financial and analytical endeavors of the company and heads the consulting and management areas. As an attorney, banker, consultant and investor for over 30 years, he concentrated on resolving problem real estate assets throughout the United States and the Caribbean liquidating real estate portfolios for various European lenders. He was also Chief Lending Officer and the Manager of a large Arizona S&L for FSLIC and the RTC.
