He is experienced in leading customer focused, market driven new opportunity development. He participated in evaluating business models for new technology commercialization using data-driven quantitative analysis. San works with a team of technologist to create new products and services in integrating business and its customers.

Chandni Sood has been associated with Sumpraxis since its inception and is an operations management strategist, responsible for clients SLAs. She gets with her rich operations experience from the BPO/ITES industry. Chandni has been well versed with program transitioning and has experience of various processes and exposure of client expectations towards service level deliverables. She is a keen communicator, strategist and planner with experience in executing operational goals, formulating business operations standards, team management, new market development.

Ashok Syal a Graduate from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT) has joined Sumpraxis as a Cofounder and Managing Director. He brings to this organization more than 25 years of rich industry experience in Sales, Strategic Business Development, Consulting and Operations Management. Ashok is based in US and operates from Sumpraxis's Virginia office. During his 23-year stint with the HCL Group he was responsible for Technology transfers, manufacturing operations, International business support and running HCL Japan operations.
