Aiello has more than 47 years of construction experience, including that of field superintendent, estimator and executive. He earned his BME degree at Pratt Institute in New York City. Executive Vice President and Estimator Judy Aiello earned a BS degree in Building Construction at Texas A&M University. She received estimator/management training under Philip F. C. Aiello and has worked for the company since 1984. President and Estimator Gilda (Gigi) Aiello Thompson earned her BS degree in Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M University. She received estimator/management training under Philip F. C. Aiello and has worked for the company since 1980. Secretary, Treasurer, and Comptroller Mary Aiello Miller, has been with Sun since its inception. She has served as Chief Financial Officer since 1982. Mary acquired her BA degree at the University of Houston. Sun's extensive staff of estimators, engineers and superintendents is experienced in all construction disciplines. They take a personal interest in ensuring client satisfaction. In addition, Sun provides its clients with Value Engineering, a unique partnering relationship between contractor, client, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. By initiating and orchestrating teamwork from the beginning of the project, Sun can detect potential difficulties and eliminate them before they become problems. Value Engineering enables each project to proceed smoothly, saving both the contractor and the client time and money. Sun negotiates the majority of its' contracts which ensures client satisfaction and repeat business. The company offers a complete menu of construction services, working with client-selected architects. At the client's request, Sun also can provide total project management, from design concept to completion, securing superior architectural services and all subcontractors. Centrally based in Houston, Texas, Sun holds licenses and has operated in numerous other states. This gives flexibility to clients for out-of-state projects.
