Rates and Policies Suncoast Dance & Music Academy, Incorporated INFORMATION & POLICIES-Please read Carefully! Registration Fee & Tuition: A $25.00 registration fee per student ($30.00 family) for the dance year (Aug. 2010-Aug. 2011) is due with the registration form. All Students must have a completed and signed registration form on file before they will be allowed to take class. Class placement is not guaranteed until tuition payment is made. Tuition is payable on the 20th of the preceding month with Autopay (automatic monthly checking account debits, or automatic monthly credit card charges). There will be no reduction in Tuition for missed classes. If you must miss a class, you may request that we arrange for you to attend another regularly scheduled class as a make-up. Missed classes MUST be made up within 4 weeks. Music classes will be made up at Teacher’s discretion. PLEASE NOTE: Tuition is not per lesson or per week, and is not pro-rated for partial months if a student misses class. Your payment of the registration fee indicates your intention to take class for the entire dance year (9 months) Withdrawal and Refunds: Withdrawal must be done in person and will not be accepted over the phone.
