Rich has experience in all phases of construction and has a thorough understanding of building systems and flashing which are critical to the integrity and longevity of the homes he works on. Rich is certified in EPA lead safe work practices and OSHA 10 safety protocols.

Bob is a carpenter in our Handyman Home Maintenance Division with over 2 decades of carpentry and mechanical experience. He has lead construction crews, run his own construction business and performed all phases of residential construction from the ground up. Bob has experience and training in weatherization and running a blower door to measure infiltration. Bob served in the United States Navy and was honorably discharged. Bob is certified in EPA lead safe work practices and OSHA 10 safety protocols.

Yes. We can provide instruction on installation techniques, and we provide scheduling information well in advance.
