This way we have time to check you in and get you settled with a beverage of your choice in our relaxing waiting area. Late Arrivals We want to provide all our customers the best experience in a relaxed and unhurried environment. As such, we strive to avoid delays and inconveniences to other customers. Failure to be on-time for your appointment may result in a shorter treatment time or the need to reschedule. We will make efforts to accommodate your rescheduling for the same day if there is availability.
