"I enjoy having the opportunity to provide City Engineering services to the community. Our team evaluates the needs of the community’s infrastructure and makes cost-effective recommendations for improvements and funding opportunities. This allows the community to provide services to its citizens that maintain and enhance their quality of life.

The “American Dream” began in 1978 with a small land surveying company, established by James Cox in Fillmore, Utah. Five years later Alden Robinson, a young civil engineer working for a national firm, returned to his home town to join the small surveying company, reorganizing its resources and founding Sunrise Engineering. Mr. Robinson guided the company from a four-man firm to its current status of 180 employees working from seven major offices and six branch offices in Wyoming, Utah and Arizona.

Throughout my 28-year career with Sunrise, I have marveled at the adaptation our firm has made to remain on top of our clients’ needs. It requires a constant effort.

“Our typical clients for wastewater projects are municipal and commercial owners who need a new or upgraded wastewater collection system or treatment plant. These projects improve the community by treating wastewater to a high quality, thus protecting vital surface and ground water sources.
