Your team from day one exhibited the professionalism and enthusiasm it takes to realize a sale in these tough economic times. Your no nonsense step by step approach gave us the information we needed to come up with a realistic sale price. Having sold only one other home in our lifetime and the difficulties that sale presented with multiple unqualified buyers, we were not looking forward to selling the Winter Park house. I can tell you that there was no comparison to that previous experience.
