We approach wedding photography in a very journalistic style capturing your day with an artistic touch. We will document your wedding day and capture it as though a story is being told. We want to capture your real emotion as well as traditional images. It is our goal that as you open your album a story will begin, keepsaking your day for you to enjoy over and over. Two is better than one. We are a husband and wife team working to make your wedding day flow smoothly. Lisa will act as an assistant to both the bride and the photographer to get you to your reception as soon as possible. Our technical style is high end digital photography. Why digital you may ask? After ten years of shooting medium format and 35 mm I too had a hard time believing that digital would compare to traditional processes. After experimenting and eventually purchasing the digital equipment I can say that digital has arrived and surpasses traditional photography. Advantages of digital are quick turnaround, your proofs are online within ten business days of your wedding. Paper proofs are still available, family and guest can order reprints directly from the web. As photographers we can see as we go and know exactly what the lighting, color and environment is photographing like. The album photographs are printed on real photographic lifetime warranty Fuji crystal archive paper. Your images will be hosted online where you can share your day with your friends and family. VA Intermont is one of the top ten photography programs currently in America. Students learn every process of photography and all formats. Derek will meet with you personally and be the person whom photographs your wedding or corporate project. She is currently a Director within the First Data Global Sales Division. Her dedicated role is the Relationship Manager for The Walt Disney Company as it pertains to credit card processing. This position is based on Disney property and deals with Disney’s Corporate Treasury, Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, Disneyland, The Disney Stores and other smaller Disney entities. Lisa currently oversees all accounting aspects of the studio. Lisa assumes the responsibility of a photo assistant on site at all weddings along with being a photojournalistic photographer.
