SharperLending LLC is a mortgage technology provider that focuses on supporting local relationships and communities. Our company was founded in 1989 and is located in Spokane, Washington State. Since 1989, our mission has been to provide technology solutions that allow community businesses to compete on a national level, to stay connected with local vendors for the best service, quality and pricing, and deliver the best mortgage service to their customers.

SharperLending LLC offers four flagship products with a number of ancillary products and services: Appraisal solutions through our Appraisal Firewall product, credit reporting technology through our XpertOnline product, 4506/income verification technology through our TRV Provider product, and a technology platform that enables access to all of our products plus products from other mortgage technology providers through our SharperLending platform product. Many of our products are available through a reseller channel, while some are offered direct to lenders.

Founded in 1996 by bankers, Suntell has made a focused commitment to delivering integrated commercial loan risk management software solutions to the banking industry. Our goal is to help community banks of all sizes in building a sound lending program using software systems that has integrated solutions for maximum efficiency and work flow productivity. To meet this goal, we pioneered the integrated Loan Management System (LMS) and from that foundation, added additional integrated pieces such as Suntell Document Imaging (SDI), AgExam and Stress Test.

Ms. Wooten has been with Suntell since 1998 and served in various capacities including Product Manager, Quality Assurance Manager and Director of Operations. Currently Ms. Wooten manages the Customer Service Division which is responsible for all new contract installations, customer support, training and technical support. She is also responsible for the company operations and oversees the company comptroller and other company operations. She is a member of the executive management team. Ms.
