Security deposits are fully refundable upon vacancy - Your first month's rent will be prorated. Our billing cycle runs from the first of the month. For your first months rent you will pay only for the remaining days of the month you move in. Your full monthly rental charge will begin on the first of the following month. - You provide your own lock We do not have access to your unit. Only you have the keys for your unit. Any standard padlock is acceptable.
