Superstar Phonics is an excellent program where students may practice and refine their standards based reading skills. My second grade students have benefited through the use of Phonics 2B program. Each week the children eagerly look forward to having the opportunity to practice a variety of skills. I have found the syllabication activity to be extremely beneficial and have seen test scores improve as a result of the extra practice. The spelling game, with the silent e, proved to be motivating as the children were allowed to build a race car as they mastered this skill. Having been in the education field for the last 10 years, I have found this to be one of the best software programs for children to practice reading and phonics skills. Thank you.
