Matthew Snider: Martial Arts (Teens) Student: “Each time I attend Martial arts, I leave feeling more and more confident in my ability to be able to defend myself in the event it is needed. [Sifu] is dedicated to seeing that each and every one of us understand and master all lessons. He gives praise and yet reminds us we are there to learn not play. His encouragement is what motivates me to practice and exercise. I also have learned that what he teaches is not to be taken lightly and we should always be sure that if we use our ability to defend, that is must be necessary.

This has been a great experience so far and continues to challenge me everyday. I have trained in many styles and systems and this academy has really helped me by offering new techniques and also by opening my eyes to the understanding of how I can incorporate previous training to become a much more rounded martial artist. This has been great…to develop discipline, confidence, and make you a healthier person.
