The judging panel consisted of a dozen of the nation's top custom home builders from all over the United States whom meticulously reviewed the contractor's financial statements, received feedback from the builder's current and former clients, studied the contractor's systems, estimating software, sales processes, communication tools, employee retention, quality of work, and overall customer satisfaction.
