McKinney, TX: SRS Distribution (“SRS” or “the Company”) announced today that it has closed on the acquisition of Moerman-Clark, Inc., a one branch independent distributor in South San Francisco, California. The transaction was structured as an asset purchase of the company which had been previously employee owned. Moerman-Clark is a one-step independent distributor of both residential and commercial roofing materials servicing the Greater San Francisco Bay area of northern California. It was founded in 1983 and currently employs a team of 12 people.

Dan Tinker, President of SRS Distribution, commented, "We are excited to enter the state of Iowa with a leadership position in the Sioux City market by adding the great people at WJ Company to the SRS family. We will use this as a beach head position to expand across the state in the coming years.

McKinney, TX: SRS Acquisition Corporation ("SRS" or "the Company") announced today that it has opened a new location in Huntsville, Alabama under the SRS Roofing Supply name. The location will carry a full line of residential and commercial roofing products and focus on servicing the area’s premier roofing contractors, remodeling contractors and home builders. The location will service the entire northern Alabama market including Huntsville, Decatur, Florence as well as northern Mississippi and south central Tennessee.

SRS Distribution (“SRS” or “the Company”) announced today that it has acquired WJ Company, an independent distributor of residential and commercial roofing products servicing the Northwest Iowa region from its Sioux City location. WJ Company was founded in 1976 and currently employs 12 people. The location which is the largest one-step distributor in the market will carry a full line of roofing products and focus on servicing roofing contractors, remodeling contractors and home builders in the Siouxland area.
