COACHING Developing Leaders, Managers and High Performers One-on-one coaching focuses on skills and issues identified as vital to effectiveness at work. This highly personal development program can be customized for people at all levels of the organization. The goal of coaching is to maximize performance effectiveness and each person's contribution to the organization. How it works: Coaching takes place in a series of meetings over 3 – 6 months, usually via telephone. Most clients find three, 45-minute sessions per month works best. During each coaching conversation the client focuses on an issue or goal to generate insights, gain clarity and increase focus in order to create a specific action plan for improving performance.
