Returns must be authorized and sent back prepaid. Swain Distribution Incorporated WILL NOT accept COLLECT shipments. Merchandise must be returned in new condition. We can not issue credit on used material. When returning material please furnish invoice number, date of purchase, and order number. Swain Distribution Incorporated will not accept material past 90 days of original purchase date. Shipments damaged during transit should be reported to the carrier for inspection. Do not discard the shipping carton as this is required by the inspector. Any shipping or handling for damage or shortages must be made in 15 days.
