The firm is now operated by a third generation masonry contractor, Rick Swanson and his wife, Kelly. This masonry company, with an emphasis on building in the commercial facilities sector, has contracted and successfully completed many projects for the most prestigious clients with the best of union bricklayers and mason tenders. These clients include Lindenwood University, West Pine Apartment, Ameristar Casino, Immanuel Lutheran Church, Church on the Rock, St. Charles High School.
