Geoff Waddell joined Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. He is now an Associate Broker working with a senior business development team that focuses on the pursuit and management of national/international accounts and portfolio management support. Jim Montgomery, Senior Vice President/Principal at Swearingen Realty Group, uniquely provides corporate real estate consulting and brokerage experience at the local and national level. His combination of market knowledge, transaction management experience, creative negotiation strategies and professionalism have helped him become a top producer at Swearingen for the past ten years. He has extensive experience in the negotiation and analysis of office, industrial, flex and retail/restaurant transactions.
