WARRANTY: UNITED INDUSTRIES, INC. guarantees all products to the same extent the original manufacturer does. Most warranties from manufacturers have a time limit, usually one year, and they limit it to replacement of parts or items which are defective in workmanship or materials. The warranty is limited to replacement parts, F.O.B. the factory on return of the defective part, freight prepaid. Warranties do not cover misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, decay, rot or negligence on the part of any person.
