Under the Title 1 provisions, your district can apply these funds to directly impact student achievement. All you need are the right tools. The Program Funds are available through the Enhancing Education through Technology Recovery Plan. This plan supports acquiring new and emerging technologies, creating new state-of-the-art learning environments, and offering new training and support for teachers. Innovation funds – money that rewards states, school districts, and entrepreneurs doing good work for kids—will go to the State Education Agencies (SEAs) and the Local Education Agencies or districts (LEAs) that can document successful implementation of No Child Left Behind provisions.
