Synergy has a complete line of commercial roofing systems to best meet your needs. We are applicators for many single ply, metal, modified bitumen, built up and metal manufacturers. We have the ability to offer you warranties from 5-30 years. We are contractors for most major roofing systems. We are installers for many single ply roofing manufacturers, whether it is EPDM, TPO or PVC roofing we work with Carlisle, DOW, GAF, Firestone and others. Our trained technicians will assure a proper installation and excellent workmanship, guaranteed.

With years of experience in the insurance claims and construction industries, we understand what is involved in preparing and presenting a complete claims package to your carrier to insure all your damages, whether your claim is for a personal or business loss, we work diligently to ensure that all damages are accurately accounted and fully paid. We do this in part by speaking the same language as the insurance carriers.

Unfortunately, many adjusters for the insurance company are too inexperienced to recognize covered damages, especially damages that may be latent (hail damage to a shingle roof may not be apparent for weeks or months after a hailstorm) or hidden (water damage to a wall cavity is not easily discoverable unless you know how to find it).
