Symprotek Corporation has been in the Electronic Manufacturing Service industry since 1994. We specialize in design and manufacturing of printed circuit boards assemblies. We provide supply chain services to prototypes to full products and support End-of-Life products.

Our Milpitas facility is well set up to accommodate our customer’s NPI or quick turn need. We have special capacity reserve just for NPI/Quick Turn Services. We have the personnel who are well trained to handle this type of operation. We also have 18 years+ experiences in this operation (to many different types of NPI and Quick Turn Applications). We are ready to handle your NPI and Quick Turn Applications. We can provide 3 days, 2 days, 1 day and even same day service. If it is necessary we can even support via airfreight to provide New Product/Sample from our oversea partners.

RoHS ( R estriction o f the use of certain H azardous S ubstances) directive covers a wide range of products, including not only integrated electrical and electronic products but also individual parts, raw materials and packing cases. Symprotek has been providing RoHS conversion engineering services to Medical and Military customers. We can convert BOM and AVL to RoHS compliant.

We provide services to manage and update the BOM and AVL for new and End-of-Life products. We can accurately identify and list all of the components required to produce a given product at any given revision level. Properly structured BOM's with complete and accurate content can minimize design errors and sourcing delays, streamline procurement functions, and provide efficiency on the manufacturing floor. Having an accurate BOM is very crucial since 70% of the product cost is locked after the initial design stage.
