Jack Ottensoser has been with System Automation for over 6 years working as a Senior Account Executive. He has worked with dozens of SA clients to make sure they are equipped with the correct products to maximize their productivity. Before working at System Automation he worked with Eurotech International as a Sales Manager and prior to that he worked for the Reznick Group as a Senior Accountant. Jack got his MBA at Johns Hopkins University and has also received his CPA.

Rich Labonski has been with System Automation for over 11 years working as a Senior Account Executive. His knowledge of the System Automation products along with his technical expertise has allowed System Automation clients to clearly understand the benefits of our solutions. Rich attended the University of Maryland. Rich is married with three sons and enjoys playing as well as coaching soccer.

My father, Alfred Rubin, founded system Automation in 1968 when he saw a niche opportunity to provide software development services to the Federal government. His foresight resulted in a contract to develop, deploy and support the U.S. Army Recruiting and Retention systems, a contract we still support today. Now 46 years later, in addition to the U.S. Army, our clients include 24 States who use our COTS products to regulate over 450 professions with over 19 million licensees. Our products have a proven track record of increasing efficiencies, reducing costs and providing improved public safety.
