The Rapid Project Management Certificate Program consists of three accelerated workshops designed to give project managers a working knowledge of key project management components. The first two workshops cover state-of-the-art techniques for managing projects across the entire lifecycle, while the third focuses entirely on preparing students for the PMP ® exam.
