Description

We provide on-site and depot repair services, training, and technical support via phone, FAX, and E-mail. In addition, we provide systems engineering services for a variety of computer platforms and embedded systems.

We are experienced in installing, configuring, and repairing both Windows and Linux operating systems. We have been working with Windows since version 2.x, and we have been working with Linux since Red Hat version 5.1. We are not biased for or against either operating system, and will recommend the solution that is best for your desired goals.

SYSTEM SUPPORT SERVICES' service philosophy is that the customer's on site service personnel provide the first line of defense against system failures. To that end, we offer extensive training courses that are geared to I & C personnel, and to on site technical support and system engineering staff. We are always available to provide free technical support to our customers via telephone, FAX, e-mail, and through our on line documentation database.
