Description
The TAS story began in 1980, when Mark Scully started a small general contracting company out of his own home. Just three years later, Mark and his team of about 20 saw a need and an opportunity for a quality concrete subcontractor in the Houston market. TAS narrowed its focus, purchased equipment and hired an additional 24 employees from Team Concrete in order to fill that need. The company steadily grew from there, developing a reputation for delivering a high level of service to its clients.
