T.B.L. custom builds and prices each home to your specifications on the lot of your choice. T.B.L. has outlined their standard construction features which is used as a base for every home. T.B.L. believes that one of the most important things to provide a homebuyer is a complete understanding of what is included in the purchase of their home. We provide a Buyer Specification Sheet with every contract. It outlines specific homebuyer requests, thus giving them confidence that they are getting what was agreed upon.

Since we specialize in custom homes, our goal is to give the homeowner what they need. The only way to accomplish this goal is to be flexible enough to customize every home we build. When building with T.B.L. you have several options for choosing the right home for you: We will build your home on your lot or you can select one of our lots. You may bring your own plan for us to build. You may choose from one of our plans and customize it to your specifications. We can design a new home set up specifically for your needs and lot conditions.
