100 percent of Tuscarora, a Nevada general partnership formed in 1993. The Tuscarora pipeline system consists of 305 miles of pipeline extending from the Gas Transmission Northwest Corporation (GTN) pipeline, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TransCanada, near Malin, Oregon to a terminus near Wadsworth, Nevada. Tuscarora has a design capacity of 230 MMcf/d. The Tuscarora pipeline system was initially placed into service in 1995, followed by expansions or extensions in 2001, 2002, 2005 and 2008.

Our general partner is TC PipeLines GP, Inc., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of TransCanada Corporation (TransCanada). With more than 60 years experience, TransCanada is a leader in the responsible development and reliable operation of North American energy infrastructure including natural gas and oil pipelines, power generation and gas storage facilities. TransCanada's network of wholly owned natural gas pipelines extends more than 42,500 miles, tapping into virtually all major gas supply basins in North America.

Mr. Malquist was appointed a director of the General Partner in April 2011 and Chairman of the Audit Committee in July of the same year. Mr. Malquist has over 25 years of business experience in the energy sector. From September 2002 to March 2009, he held various senior executive positions at Avista Corp. and served as the Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, Mr. Malquist served in senior executive positions at Sierra Pacific Resources, ending his term as President and CEO/COO in April 2000.
