About Telsar Computer & LAN Services Telsar Computer & LAN Services, Inc. (TCLS) was developed as an IT (Information Technology) department for Telsar Laboratories, Inc. in 1988. As the business progressed, it was noted that as a core business we could extend our service to others in the local area as the need presented itself. Our one person department soon became 2 and then 3 and so forth. Through word of mouth and a merger with a small computer company in 1997, we were soon being asked to provide computer sales and service to many schools and small businesses in a 5 county region. Today we are proud to say that we support many large and small school districts with Microsoft and Novell networks. In 1999 TCLS was contracted to assist in the start-up of a new bank in the region and soon developed the expertise in this specialized area. We assisted many small businesses through the Y2K transition which led us to again find a niche with the legal field and public sector; most notably, Township/City offices and County Health Departments.
