T.H. Properties was established in 1992, when brothers and owners, Tim and Todd Hendricks, bought their first parcel of land. Together they sought to build a company with a resounding emphasis on quality, integrity and honesty. Today, T.H. Properties (THP) has positioned itself as a dominant force in the Philadelphia Residential Building market with an enterprise that is rapidly growing.THP's owners, Tim and Todd Hendricks, grew up understanding that success in life would come by upholding their values of integrity and honesty. They learned this formula from their father, a custom builder himself. Their father taught them how to build both a quality home and a quality reputation with customers and within the community.With this knowledge, the brothers combined their skills to form a company that they are both actively involved with today. Tim oversees sales as well as land acquisition, subdivision and site improvements. Todd is the administrative partner responsible for the supervision of financial, marketing, operations, personnel and organizational matters. Not only are Tim and Todd involved in the operations of the company, but they live in the same neighborhoods as their customers, in homes built by THP.
