Jason C. Gish Jason Gish concentrates his practice on business, technology transactions and intellectual property matters. Mr. Gish has broad based experience as a business and intellectual property attorney representing a variety of technology companies. He counsels clients on a wide range of legal matters including technology transfer and licensing agreements, product and service purchase and sale agreements, intellectual property strategies and general business transactions. He has experience counseling clients in the fields of medical devices, manufacturing, software, Internet, computer hardware and biotechnology. Mr. Gish possess extensive experience from two leading law firms. Prior to forming TLG Law llc, Mr. Gish practiced at Foley Hoag LLP and Wilmer Hale LLP, both in Boston, MA. He also clerked for the Honorable Alvin A. Schall of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Prior to attending law school, he completed General Electric’s two–year management program. . Mr. Gish drafts and negotiates transfers and licenses of technology and intellectual property rights, including technology development agreements, joint venture transactions, collaboration agreements, OEM agreements, distribution agreements, patent licenses, software licenses, university licenses, on-line contracts and a variety of similar transactions. Mr. Gish participated in the creation and ongoing management of Foley Hoag LLP's Technology Transfer & Licensing Practice Group.
