Our EIGHTH EDITION contains 65,645 MD's and DO's with their Florida license number, listed alphabetically by last name. It has 54,464 NPI numbers, 54,742 DEA numbers, 62,283 telephone numbers, 42,002 fax numbers, 39,743 email addresses, 37,781 UPIN numbers, plus much more. This directory comes as a two volume book set or software for your Windows based computer. An all new 2010 Florida NPI software directory is also ready, it contains 174,094 database records of Florida Medicare registered individuals and organizations. The software allows users to save searches and open them in Microsoft Excel. Search by name, specialty type, specialty, city and zip code. Our directory of the Texas Medical Board's Physicians Disciplinary Actions includes listings from January 1, 1987 to July 1, 2009.
