Holding an accounting degree from the University of New Haven, Frank joined our firm in 1976 and has been a principal since 1986. Although Frank focuses on the issues facing manufacturing concerns, his client base cuts across a wide range of other industries including the wholesale, retail, professional, medical services, construction, and printing industries. In addition to providing the customary tax and financial reporting services, Frank also has extensive experience in business valuations and succession planning.

The T.M. Byxbee Company was established in 1919 on the principles of its founder, Theodore M. Byxbee, supervising IRS Agent for New England. He believed that by offering quality client service, his business would be a success. By 1921, Byxbee had proven that the ideals of its founder had been on target. The organization now consists of five principals and hundreds of clients.
