Dear Tim, I've written this recommendation of your work to share with other Linked In users. Details of the Recommendation: "I hired TNT Tech service on April of 2010. My laptop was in their shop and ended up not being repairable. Tim allowed me to get another computer in my home the next day. This new computer came with a year warranty. Unfortunately I needed speakers hooked up properly, I am not computer savvy. He sent his employee Christopher to my home more than once. And when I could not seem to get it right, they replaced that computer with one I was more able to understand and use.
