Description

Toal Engineering, Incorporated was incorporated in 1971 and has been continuously engaged in engineering and surveying work since incorporation. The corporation is an outgrowth of RJ Toal and Associates, a company which has been in business in San Clemente since 1964. Much of the company’s work has been in private land development consisting of design and construction of improvements which are privately financed and subsequently dedicated for public use. In addition, our practice has expanded to include civil engineering design and construction staking for custom homes, shopping centers and other commercial development, churches, schools, public works, and other projects requiring the services of civil engineers and surveyors. Approximately 40% of our practice is surveying work; topographic surveys, boundary surveys, maps and construction staking. We have a particularly strong emphasis in grading, surveying, mapping, and construction staking. We also have agreements with several local cities to provide engineering and surveying services to supplement City staff where specific expertise is required or time constraints necessitate consultant assistance.
