IBEX is a leading provider of contact centre services and other business process outsourcing solutions to blue-chip enterprise customers. The Company employs approximately 8,000 staff in sixteen locations situated in five countries, and provides services in eleven languages. IBEX has over 70 enterprise clients.

Throughout our engagement with our portfolio companies, we seek foremost to innovate. Our principals established the first offshore call center in South Asia as early as 1998. Over a decade ago, in 2002 we pioneered offshore labor arbitrage as an equity asset class. More recently, our portfolio companies are leading "big-data" driven revolutionary advances in the business process outsourcing sector, analyzing and capitalizing on complex human behavioral patterns and business process data flows.

The purpose of the IPO is to raise funds to retire existing debt, raise the profile of IBEX in its sector as a leading provider of contact centre services and allow the Group to provide transparent incentives for existing and future management and employees.
