The move of the company’s local office to National Harbor, Maryland provided MultiView with a clean, contemporary facility that will not only support future growth and greater efficiencies, but continue to demonstrate to their staff the great appreciation and enthusiasm they feel toward them. Occupying 3,500 square feet on the third floor at 163 Waterfront Street gave MultiView the opportunity to capitalize on new office space, in a spectacular new mixed use development having amazing views of the Potomac River. With an eye toward maintaining their contemporary image, reflective of their expertise in technology and sales, the design team worked to create an environment consistent with the firms’ goals. The success of this project was in creating an exciting, progressive work environment, and at the same time, maintaining a connection to the surroundings. Upon entering the suite, one is immediately drawn to the built in galley millwork below a custom designed piece of artwork representing the company’s logo, a centrally located oversized stained concrete bar height table, and the wide open space leading to the full height view of the Potomac River and The Awakening below.

Designed by Atelier Architects, the 5,900 square foot project includes the demolition and reconfiguration of a portion of ING Clarion's existing space, the installation of new finishes, and expansion of their premises into an adjacent suite in the building. About Akridge - Founded in 1974, Akridge is a full-service commercial real estate firm in the Washington, D.C. area. Their projects total over 12 million square feet of office, industrial/flex, residential, retail, and entertainment space at a value of over $2.0 billion.

Now in its thirteenth year, the Fantastic 50 honors privately-held, Virginia based companies with the hightest growth over a four year period. To be eligible companies were required to be privately held with headquarters in Virginia, and to show sales between $200,000 and $100 million.
