TST provides independent consultants with contract placement services in a full disclosure environment. Being a company that believes firmly in the services we provide to the resource, we keep our rates such that often over 90 percent of the billing amount goes to the resource. We believe this is among the best available on the market today. TST will often pay the resource before we have received our payment from the client. We realize the need for stable cash flow with the independent, and we make every attempt to keep that cash flow steady. In special circumstances we will even consider facilitating a wire transfer to the resource after we have received the invoice from them. TST simply provides all the administrative functions to the consultant that would traditionally have been provided by an employer. We are the back office "arm" of the independent consultant, who can now spend all of his/her time attending to the needs of the client and the project.
