Our packages start at an affordable retainer rate on a per month basis and scale to meet the needs of larger organizations. We scale resources to meet your needs.

Over the past few weeks there have been several major cyber attacks on everything from large domain hosting providers to very large banking operations such as Bank of America. The attack on GoDaddy.com was a highly publicized one and because part of our customer base leverages that infrastructure, I want to give you an idea how you can protect your business from disruption from some of these common attacks. No one can run a web-based business or an associated inbound marketing program if the website, email, etc are all offline.

We do have some limits on what kind of sites we will host & things you can do with those sites. For most folks these are not an issue at all. If they are for you we know, with 100% certainty, there are other places on the web where you can find service providers that will meet your needs. We're just not one of them. If you violate the 2 pretty simple & clear rules below (listed as RULE #1 & RULE #2), we'll shut your site down IMMEDIATELY and without refund. We have & reserve the right to make final determination as to whether your site(s) or activity on or through your site(s) violates the rules. We have and reserve the right to view your site(s) and/or check your traffic volume in making our determination. Also, separately & apart from any our policies regarding the acceptable use rules listed below, we have & reserve the right to assure your disk usage, through-put volume and number of email addresses are consistent with the allocations of your subscription. We are happy to consider increasing your allocations by either moving you to a higher capacity subscription or providing optional incremental capacities for a small charge on a case-by-case basis.

How are those tools selected? By first looking at your "results drivers" - the people who, by their decisions and choices, affect the results of your business or enterprise. Certainly, your customers or clients are to be counted here. However, don't forget your staff and maybe a board of directors? Depending on your organization "results drivers" may go by other names such as community, owners, constituents, members, audience, or "potential" customers to name a few. Your results drivers are not defined by one single term or approach and neither should your internet presence strategy be singular, one dimensional or flat. Write down all the different categories of results drivers you have. Just quickly jot 'em down. Do you suppose all of them like to be communicated with in the same way? Do they process information the same way? Not likely. The next step is to identify different ways they can be reached to engage them such that you can move them to a mutual goal. For most web users that's one of two things. It's either to have a problem solved or be entertained/enlightened.
