The majority of T.A.E.'s work for many years was to provide Single Family Residential Design and Working Drawings for the major contractors and developers in our trade area. As both T.A.E. and their clients gained in expertise and the community growth dictated, more Commercial, Industrial and Multi-Family projects were incorporated in the annual sales. We have served many of our clients for over 10 years, and some more than 20.

We provide full service to our clients and the community having recently completed Industrial/Manufacturing facilities in the Tulare and Visalia Industrial Parks.

As consultants, T.A.E. strives to provide services that are necessary for and perceived valuable to our clients. Conformance to schedule and budget, as well as constant attention to the client's interests, are therefore prime concerns of management. Projects are conceived and executed in a social environment among government agencies, professionals, contractors, and the public. Attention to the dynamics of this environment is crucial and navigation of a project to successful completion within that environment is T.A.E.'s purpose and goal. T.A.E Inc.

Welcome T.A.E. Inc. Architecture & Planning was incorporated in 1972 with 2 Civil Engineers and Robert W. Reynolds as General Manager. Since then T.A.E. has successfully completed over 10,000 jobs dealing with Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Design and Development projects as well as Civil Engineering related services. Steve Reynolds became the Responsible Managing Professional in 1981 while Robert continued his role as CEO.

Keith Reynolds is the Managing Architect for T.A.E., Inc.. He has been working in the profession since 1976 giving him many years of experience in a wide range of projects varying from Single and Multi-Family Residential, to Commercial, and Industrial complexes. Tasks performed include, developing Schematic Design Programs, Design Development Documents, Construction Documents, assisting in the bidding and negotiation phases and construction supervision.
