Our primary focus is landscape architectural services, arborist consulting services, land planning, and construction management for commercial, municipal, institutional and residential developments throughout the State of Georgia. In addition, TJ Schell offers a full range of irrigation design services.T.J. Schell Landscape Architects is a woman-owned and operated firm. We are pre-qualified with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) as professional consultants for landscape architectural services. We have also received certification from the GDOT as a Woman Owned Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (WBE).The principals, Teresa H. Eldredge, RLA, ASLA and Julia B. Schiebel, ASLA, share over 40 years of public and private sector experience in land development, land use planning, landscape design, permitting services, and construction management. Both principals are actively involved in projects and have direct contact with clients. A wide range of experience enables our team to understand not only design, but the total land development process from the conceptual stage to the construction stage.
