Sherri worked for the Department of Defense at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Willow Grove until it closed in 2011. Before joining Tactix, Sherri was the Public Affairs Officer at the largest Naval Air Station on the East Coast for over 12 years. While there she coordinated 10 Presidential visits, 6 major air shows, 5 golf tournaments as well as serving as the community liaison officer and command spokesperson.

Before deciding to leave my relationship with a large, international brokerage firm, I thoroughly vetted several other global brokerage firms in the Philadelphia area. Frankly, something was missing. Some mentors of mine recommended that, before making a decision, I explore an opportunity with Tactix because of their strong reputation and unique business platform. In an industry sometimes ridden with questionable salesmanship, I perceived Tactix to be a unique organization that strongly promoted the concept of honest and unbiased real estate advisory.

Given our unique model and professionals, it is not surprising that our team has executed many of the largest and most complex tenant representations in the region since 1997. While some brokerage firms may show you an impressive deal roster, in many cases they were actually representing the landlord on the transaction or were acting as local broker for a national account client managed by another broker in their firm from another city. Further, these lists represent the collective experience of all of their brokers, not the experience of the individual broker who will be running your deal.

Jennifer Stauffer joined Tactix with over 10 years of administrative experience. Previously, she served as the Executive Administrative Assistant for an insurance brokerage firm where she developed a foundation of working closely with the brokers to best serve the clients’ needs. Jennifer’s extensive background in administration includes experience in the both the private and public sector. Before joining Tactix she had successfully wrote and implemented a detailed Inventory Process and Procedures Manual for a newly established non-profit organization.
