In the 1920s, Frank D. Stout built a private golf course for his family and friends. Overlooking the Red Cedar Lake, the course design was based on the legendary St. Andrews course in Scotland. Eighty years later, it has been fully refurbished with modern amenities and luxuries including world-class cuisine, our lakeside bar & grill, exceptional lodging, an indoor pool, and banquet facilities. Nestled right on the lake, our woods, golf course, lodging, banquet facilities and restaurant are all set in a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. While savoring our fine cuisine and daily specials, you can watch the lovely sunsets from our dining room in the main Clubhouse. Our lodging offers a variety of modern facilities, including full kitchen and fireplace, and the views of the lake, golf course and forest are all breathtaking.
