Effective immediately, USA Homeland Security & TSA require airlines to provide additional passenger documentation information in all air reservation records. Failure to provide TSA information on time may result in airline record cancellation or denial of boarding. Each person for whom we issue an international airline ticket must comply with this regulation. In lieu of this form, you can also email/fax us a copy of the passport for each person. All passengers, traveling on all flights are subject to these requirements and all pertinent information must be entered into their Passenger Name Record (PNR). US Authorities request the airlines transmit all data on MRS (Machine Readable Zone) of passport. For updated information, please visit www.tsa.gov . Our international destinations may require entry visas and passports valid for travel at time of departure. It is solely the passenger's responsibility to ensure that all documents needed are complete and current. No refund will be issued for losses incurred as a result of failure to obtain or provide required valid documentation. U.S. citizens must have a valid passport valid for six months from travel date.
