TPA was founded in 1991 as a financial advisory and accounting firm. Today we are providing consultative services to federal agencies, state governments, and private enterprises.

For the US Agency for International Development, TPA provides a broad range of administrative services in the areas of travel management and support, meeting and conference services, general office support, and publications support. We also provide procurement and acquisition management services for the Office of Acquisition and Assistance supporting Agency initiatives on Iraq and Global Health.
