Description

For over 25 years, Randall LaFond has worked as a counselor, clinical director, program director and chief executive officer for hospitals and treatment agencies. He holds a Master of Arts degree, a Master of Divinity, and a Master of Business Administration. He is also an Independent Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP).

Talbot Services staff members are alcohol and drug treatment professionals who have many years of experience in providing assessments, education, group and individual therapy and screenings.

All counseling staff are licensed by the State of Ohio either as social workers, professional counselors, or licensed independent chemical dependency counselors. Our staff is invested in providing the best services, with the highest regard, for our clients.

As a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor, Frank has 23 years of experience in his field, and 15 years as a counselor in intervention programs. He has earned his Associates Degree in Mental Health Technology, and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Family Life Education.
