Prior to joining TalentMind in 1999, David was a practicing attorney and the department head for a leading professional services consulting firm. David has been published in leading legal and business journals including the Daily Journal and The Lawyer ’s Competitive Edge. David received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and his B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is an active member of the State Bar of California. Lesley Kim Lesley is a member of the State Bar of California and has over 15 years of diverse legal, business and recruiting experience as a practicing trial attorney, corporate director, published author and entrepreneur. She received her JD from University of California - Hastings College of the Law in 1995 and was the Associate Managing Editor, Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal and a member, Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly. She received her BA from the University of Chicago in 1992. She is a member of the State Bar of California. Christopher (Chip) Becker Chip Becker is an accomplished attorney and entrepreneur specializing in communications, real estate, land use and environmental law. He is a member of the State Bar of Maryland. He is the founder of Becktel Communications Services, a consulting firm that provides land use and real estate acquisition services for the world's leading communications companies. Chip received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and his B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park.
