Talent Tigers is a relatively new company, but that does not mean we are new to offshore recruiting. Talent Tigers is an independent business unit of IonIdea, an IT outsourcing and staffing firm with headquarters in Fairfax, VA, USA. IonIdea was founded in 1991 and in 1998 opened a software solutions development center in Bangalore, India. In 1999, IonIdea moved its US-based recruiting operations offshore and implemented an ISO 9001 certified recruiting process. The results were dramatic. Recruiting expenses dropped by more than half. Meanwhile, the company's critical recruiting performance metrics such as the time to receive resumes of qualified candidates, the percentage of resumes presented to the customer by account managers, and the percentage of candidates accepted for placements each improved. It turned out that offshore recruiting not only lowered cost, but also improved quality and increased revenues. Offshore recruiting worked so well for IonIdea that the company decided to establish Talent Tigers to provide professionally managed outsourced recruiting services for IT staffing firms and companies with large internal recruiting operations. The value of the offshore recruiting concept has been well received, and Talent Tigers began working with its first client, a major US-based IT staffing firm, in late 2003. In mid August 2006, TalentTigers had its 1st major BPO client. A reputed Job Portal based in US outsourced its back office composition to TalentTigers. Along with handling processes such as email / phone support and back up work, now due to success of that team, TalentTigers has few clients for whom we manage skilled processes using tools like Macros, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop As Talent Tigers continues to grow as a separate business unit, IonIdea's focus remains providing outsourced software design, development, testing, and maintenance solutions from its development centers in the United States, India, Eastern Europe, and South America.
